I just had to buy a new computer as my old one just got stolen. I just installed RH9 on it. I'm having a little trouble getting my NIC running. Here's the story. The driver compiled without error. The instructions say that you need to type 'insmod 3c2000.o' to load the module. Which I did and it loaded correctly. After that, it's 'ifconfig eth0 up', which also loaded correctly. When I type 'ifconfig' again, it shows that eth0 is ny NIC and that it has sent and recieved data. It has the correct IP address and it found the correct DNS server. Everything seems fine. But I've got 2 problems. First, it doesn't load at startup. How do I make it do that? 2nd and more importantly, I can't do anything with it. How do I connect to the internet now?
