[newbies] libreadline.so.4

I have Mandrake 9.1 and want to install sqlite but I can't get its 
dependency libreadline.so.4 anywhere.  Can anyone offer a suggestion as 
to where I might find it.  It is on Mandrake's subscription site but I'm 
not a member and don't really want to pay to become one for one little file.
