I use the following: sftp [EMAIL PROTECTED]

it will ask you for username's password, and then when you are logged
in, you can use cd and ls commands to find what you are looking for.

get <filename> saves the named file from the host system (in this case
your CS account) to your local system

put <filename> saves the named file on your local system to the host
system (your CS account)
