If you want a nice GUI:
(For Windows): http://winscp.net/eng/download.php
(For Linux): Konqueror
If you're using KDE, Konqueror is already installed. If not, and you're
using Fedora at home, "apt-get install kdebase" or "yum install kdebase"
as root. After running konqueror, in the "Location" bar type:
sftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(where bobjones is your username) and you should be good to go!
