PREDSTAVNICI USAID-a U CRNOJ GORI
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - Potpredsjednik Vlade Crne Gore Branimir
Gvozdenovic, sastao se sa glavnim koordinatorom projekta USAID-a u Crnoj
Gori Polom Dejvisom, radi razmatranja niza aktivnosti koje se
preduzimaju u oblasti privredne politike i ekonomskog razvoja. Tom
prilikom, poseban akcenat dat je realizaciji projekata i aktivnosti na
makroekonomskom nivou, izradi zakonskih propisa u oblasti poslovnog
prava i privatizaciji kljucnih ekonomskih sektora. Definisani su i
elementi buduce saradnje, koji treba da omoguce stvaranje
infrastrukturnih pretpostavki za trzisne uslove privredivanja i
privrednog razvoja Crne Gore.
Centralna banka Crne Gore
PRODATO SVIH PET MILIONA DRZVNIH ZAPISA
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - Centralna banka Crne Gore saopstila je, da je
na aukciji protado svih pet miliona zapisa. Rijec je o 28-dnevnim
zapisima, ciji je datum dospijeca 4. oktobar.
Odluku o izdavanju drzavnih zapisa, do najviseg iznosa do 10 miliona
maraka, donijela je Vlada Crne Gore, a planirano je da budu stampane jos
tri emisije drzavnih zapisa. Posljednja emisija drzavnih zapisa naci ce
se na aukciji pocetkom decembra.
Ministarstvo turizma Crne Gore
JEDNOSTAVNIJA PROCEDURA NA GRANICNIM PRELAZIMA
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - Ministarstvo turizma Vlade Crne Gore, u
saradnji sa Ministarstvom unutrasnjih poslova, Upravom carina i
nadleznim preduzecima, i instutucijama, preduzece niz aktivnosti kako bi
se u narednih nekoliko mjeseci unaprijedio rad na granicnim prelazima.
U pripremi su strucna uputstva o zajednickim aktivnostima, a izvrsice se
i tehnicko opremanje i sistemsko umnozavanje informacionog sistema u
sluzbama na granicnim prelazima. Obavice se takode, i edukacija
zaposlenih na granicnim prelazima i uskladiti granicne procedure sa
evropskim standardima. Stvoreni su i uslovi za povratak u sistem "Zelene
karte", na osnovu interbiro sporazuma, prema kome je osiguravajuca kuca
"Lovcen osiguranje" izmirila obaveze.
Masovna vaucerska privatizacija
DRUGA FAZA BEZ PROBLEMA
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - Druga faza masovne vaucerske privatizacije,
koja traje do druge polovine iduceg mjeseca, za sada se odvija bez
zastoja i bilo kakvih neregularnosti.
Na fondove je preneseno vise od 180 miliona vaucer poena, a o tom
procesu gradani su blagovremeno informisani. Realizaciju procesa
masovne vaucerske privatizacije pomazu konsultanti iz USAID-a, strucno i
marketinski.
Zajednica opstina Crne Gore
U DELEGACIJI SRJ MORA SE ODLUCIVATI KONSENZUSOM
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - U cilju zastite interesa Crne Gore, Upravni
odbor zajednice opstina, odlucio je da se u okviru jugoslovenske
delegacije, koja ce ih predstavljati u Kongresu lokalnih regionalnih
vlasti Savjeta Evrope, sve odluke moraju donositi konsenzusom.
Takav stav, proistekao je iz toga sto u jugoslovenskoj delegaciji pri
Savjetu Evrope nije obezbijedena ravnopravnost Crne Gore brojem clanova,
odnosno brojem glasova.
Projekti koji se finansiraju iz medunarodnih donacija
INTENZIVNA SANACIJA PUTEVA U CRNOJ GORI
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - Nakon opseznih priprema za realizaciju
projekata obnove puteva u Crnoj Gori, u okviru donacija EU odnosno Pakta
za stabilnost Jugoistocne Evrope, ovih dana pocece radovi na sanaciji
puteva u Crnoj Gori.
Donacijom njemacke Vlade, koja se realizuje preko KFU banke iz
Frankfurta, predvidena je sanacija magistralnog puta Podgorica - Rozaje
- Kula, dok ce Agencija za rekonstrukciju, finansirati opravku puteva u
juznom i centralnom dijelu Republike.
Evropskoj investicionoj banci, ovih dana bice upucen pregled i drugih
vaznih projekata za rekonstrukciju infrastrukture u Republici. Dogovor
sa Evropskom investicionom bankom o finansiranju tih projekata, ocekuje
se do kraja septembra.

RUSKI KOSMONAUT DOLAZI NA OPORAVAK
PODGORICA, 06. septembar - U institutu "Dr. Simo Milosevic" u Igalu, od
15. septembra nalazice se na oporavku i rehabilitaciji ruski astronaut
Jurij Usacev, koji se nakon polugodisnjeg boravka u kosmosu, kao
komandir medunarodne ekspedicije na "Satlu" vratio na zemlju 23.
avgusta.
O boravku i rehabilitaciji ruskog astronauta u Igalu, bice snimljen
film, koji ce se emitovari na ruskoj televiziji, a bice dostupan i svim
zemljma koje salju svoje posade u svemir.

USAID REPRESENTATIVES IN MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA, 6th September- Vice President of the Montenegrin Government
Branimir Gvozdenovic met the Head coordinator of the USAID project in
Montenegro Paul Davis in order to consider activities in the filed of
economic policy and economic development. On that occasion they paid a
special attention to realization of the project and to activities on the
macroeconomic level, to draft in the field of business law and
privatization of the main economic sectors. There have been created the
elements of the future cooperation, which should make infrastructure
assumption for market conditions of economy and economy development of
Montenegro.
Montenegrin Central Bank
ALL-FIVE MILLION OF THE STATE BILLS SOLD
PODGORICA, 6th September-The Montenegrin Central Bank announced that
there had been sold all five million of the state bills. These are 28
daily bills, actual till 4th October.
Decision on issuing the state bills, worth to 10 million DEM, was made
by the Montenegrin Government and it was planned to be printed three
more issues of the state bills. The last issue of the state bills will
be offered at the auction at the beginning of December.
Montenegrin Ministry of Tourism
LESS RIGID CONTROL ON THE BORDER CROSSING
PODGORICA, 6th September- The Montenegrin Ministry of Tourism in
cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Customs
Administration and authorized companies and institutions will take all
necessary measures to improve the work on the border crossings.
Special instructions for common activities are in the stage of
preparation and technical equipment and systematic mimeograph of the
information system at the destinations on the border crossings will be
installed. Education of the employers on the border crossings will be
carried out and procedure will be in accordance with the European
standards. There have also been created conditions for reuse of the
''green card'', according to an inter-bureau agreement, to which
insurance house ''Lovcen osiguranje'' fulfilled its all obligations.
Mass Voucher Privatization
SECOND PHASE WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS
PODGOIRCA, 6th September- The second phase of the mass voucher
privatization, which will be in effect till the second half of the next
month, is going without delays or nay other complications for the time
being.
It has been transferred more than 180 million of voucher points at the
funds and the citizens get all necessary information about the procedure
o time. USAID advisers supported realization of the mass voucher
privatization procedure, with expert and marketing help.
Union of the Montenegrin municipalities
IN DELEGATION OF THE FRY CONSENSUS WILL PLAY THE MAIN ROLE
PODGORICA, 6th September- In order to protect the interests of
Montenegro, the Main Board of the Municipalities Union decided that all
decisions within the Yugoslav delegation, which would participate at the
congress of the local regional officials of the European Council, will
be made by consensus.
Since Montenegro has not equal position, considering the number of
members, votes, in the yugoslav delegation in the European Council this
attitude is its logical consequence.
Projects financially supported by the international donations
INTENSIVE REBUILDING OF THE ROADS IN MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA, 6th September- After preparation works to realize the
projects for reconstruction of the roads in Montenegro, these days will
start works at rebuilding roads in Montenegro within donations of the EU
, that is the Pact for stability of the southeastern Europe.
The German Government, the KFU bank from Frankfurt, will help
financially rebuilding of the highway Podgorica-Rozaje-Kula, while the
Agency for reconstruction will finance the works on roads in southern
and central parts of the Republic.
Summary of other important projects for infrastructure reconstruction in
the Republic will be delivered these days to the European investment
bank. An agreement with the European investment bank on financial
support to the projects is to be signed till the end of September.

RUSSIAN ASTRONAUT ON RECOVERY IN MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA, 6th September- Russian astronaut Jurij Usacev, who returned
on the earth on 23rd August after half year staying in cosmos, as a
commander of the international expedition on "Satlo'' will be on
recovery and rehabilitation at the Institute '' Dr Simo Milosevic'', in
Igalo, from 15th September.
Movie, about visit and rehabilitation of the Russian astronaut in Igalo
will be made and emitted at the Russian TV. It will be available to the
countries all over the world, which send their crew to the universe.
