CRNOJ GORI JE REFERENDUM NEMINOVAN
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Predsjednik Republike Crne Gore Milo
Dukanovic, na jucerasnjoj press konferenciji, rekao je, da je referendum
neizbjezan korak, koji Crna Gora mora napraviti, dodajuci da ce on biti
organizovan po opste prihvatljivim uslovima.
Dukanovic je, izrazio uvjerenje u dogovor o koncentracionoj, odnosno
tematskoj vladi. No, "ukoliko ne uspije formiranje koncentracione vlade,
referendum moze organizovati i manjinska vlada", naglasio je predsjednik
Dukanovic. Prema njegovoj ocjeni, medunarodna zajednica ne vrsi pritisak
na Crnu Goru da odustane od nezavisnosti.
"Beograd od nas ne moze traziti da radimo u korist svoje stete i
predsjednik tzv. Savezne vlade ne moze ucestvovati u pregovorima o
odnosima Crne Gore i Srbije", istakao je Dukanovic, govoreci o
redefinisanju odnosa u federaciji i aktuelnim crnogorsko-srpskim
dijalozima.

JACANJE CRNOGORSKO-KIPARSKIH ODNOSA
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Ambasador Republike Kipar Stavros Amvrosiou
boravio je juce u zvanicnoj posjeti Podgorici i tom prilikom razgovarao
sa predsjednikom Republike Milom Dukanovicem i crnogorskim premijerom
Filipom Vujanovicem.
U razgovorima je posebno bilo rijeci o odnosima Crne Gore i Kipra, sa
realnim izgledima za njihovo jacanje.

POZIV SLOVENCIMA DA ULAZU U CRNU GORU
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Drzavno-privredna delegacija Core Gore,
predvodena potpredsjednikom Vlade Branimirom Gvozdenovicem, ucestvovala
je na Medunarodnom preduzetnickom sajmu u Celju, gdje se okupilo oko
1.700 izlagaca iz trideset zemalja svijeta. Crnogorska delegacija je
potpisala Deklaraciju o unapredenju saradnje zemalja Jugoistocne i
Centralne Evrope.
U razgovorima sa slovenackim privrednicima, istaknuta je velika
mogucnost saradnje dvije drzave a upucen je poziv Slovencima da ulazu u
investicije u Crnoj Gori.

JAKA PRIVREDA - USLOV USPJEHA
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Potpredsjednik Vlade Republike Crne Gore
Branimir Gvozdenovic, govoreci o strategiji cnogorske vlade u oblasti
privredne reforme, rekao je da je Crna Gora bogata zemlja sa znacajnim
potencijalima i jasnom perspektivnom razvoja.
"Strateski cilj Vlade, je stvaranje ambijenta za proizvodnju trzisno
atraktivne robe, sa prepoznatljivim kvalitetom", istakao je
potpredsjednik Gvozdenovic.
Obiljezena desetogodisnjica ekoloske drzave
ZDRAVA ZIVOTNA SREDINA - RAZVOJNI RESURS CRNE GORE
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Na Zabljaku, je juce, svecanom akademijom
obiljezeno 10 godina od proglasenja Crne Gore ekoloskom drzavom.
Ministar zastite zivotne sredine u Vladi Crne Gore Rade Gregovic, tom
prilikom rekao je, da je osnovna ideja projekta ekoloske drzave u
saglasnosti sa sadasnjim i buducim potebama ukupnog razvoja Crne Gore i
da je ocuvana zivotna sredina - najvazniji razvojni resurs Republike.

REFORME KLJUC EKONOMSKE PERSPEKTIVE
PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Program ekonomskih reformi u Crnoj Gori
sprovodi se radi kreiranja novog ekonomskog sistema, otvaranja privrede
i njenog ukljucivanja u sire integracione procese - receno je na
savjetovanju ekonomista Crne Gore i Srbije, koje se odrzava u Miloceru.
Ukidanjem barijera i harmonizacije regulative i prakse sa razvijenim
zemljama, prethodnice su zdravoj ekonomskoj integraciji - ocjenjuju

PODGORICA, 21. septembar - Ruska drzavno-privredna delegacija, koja u
Crnoj Gori boravi vec nekoliko dana, juce je posjetila Termoelektranu
"Pljevlja" , gdje se razgovaralo o mogucnostima ulaganja ruskih
investitora u taj znacajan energetski objekat.
Rijec je o dodatnom robnom ruskom kreditu za gradnju drugog bloka
Termoelektrane.

REFERENDUM IN MONTENEGRO INEVITABLE
PODGORICA, September 21- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, said, at
yesterday's press conference, that the referendum was an inevitable step
for Montenegro. He added that the Montenegrin referendum would be
organized according to generally acceptable conditions.
Djukanovic expressed his belief in an agreement about all-inclusive,
thematic government. But, ''If forming of the all-inclusive government
does not give a good results, the Referendum could be organized by the
minority government", Djukanovic pointed out. In his opinion the
International Community does not insist Montenegro to give up from
realization of the independence.
''Serbian authorities could not ask from us to act against our interest
and the President of so-called Federal Government could not participate
in negotiations about relations between Montenegro and Serbia",
Djukanovic said commenting redefinition of relations in the federation
and actual Montenegrin-Serbian dialogs.

STRENGTHENING OF MONTENEGRIN-KIPAR RELATIONS
PODGORICA, September 21- Ambassador of the Republic of Kipar Stavros
Amvrosius arrived in official visit to Podgorica yesterday. He met with
Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and Montenegrin Premier Filip
Vujanovic.
During their meetings they paid a special attention to relations between
Montenegro and Kipar in order to strengthen cooperation of the two
Republics.

PODGORICA, September 21- Ambassadors of Great Britain Villiem
Montgomerry and Charls Crofford are visiting Podgorica, during next
week, when they will meet with the Montenegrin officials and leaders of
the opposition to discuss about the future of the federation-news agency

THE SLOVENIANS ARE INVITED TO INVEST IN MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA, September 21- State-economic delegation of Montenegro, headed
by Government Vice President Branimir Gvozdenovic participated at the
International entrepreneurism exhibition in Celje, where around 1.700
exhibitors from thirty countries from all over the world took a part.
The Montenegrin delegation signed Declaration on cooperation improvement
of the Southeastern and central Europe.
During the meetings with the Slovenians entrepreneurs, great possibility
for future cooperation of the two states was pointed out. On the
occasion the Slovenians have been invited to invest in Montenegro.

state was celebrated in Zabljak, yesterday.
On the occasion, Minister of Environment Protection in the Montenegrin
Government Branimir Gvozdenovic said that the main idea of the
ecological state project was to coordinate present and future needs of
the entire development of Montenegro."Healthy environment is the main

PODGORICA, September 21- Reforms in Montenegro are implemented with a
view to creating new economic system, economy development and its
integration in the European courses- it was said at the seminar of
Montenegrin and Serbian economists, in Milocer.
Exceeding of the barriers and harmonization of the regulations and
practice with developed countries were conditions for the healthy
economic integration -economists said, concluding that opening of the

PODGORICA, September 21- The Russian state-economic delegation, which is
in a working visit to Montenegro for several days, visited power station
"Pljevlja" yesterday. During the meeting delegations discussed about
possibilities of investments of the Russian investors in the power
station.
The additional goods Russian credit for building of the second block of
power station has been discussed.
