DUKANOVIC I SOC O DRZAVNOM STATUSU
Podgorica, 28. avgust - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic, u svojstvu
lidera Demokratske partije socijalista, danas ce u Vili "Gorica"
razgovarati sa predsjednikom Narodne stranke Crne Gore Draganom Socem.
Osnovne teme razgovora, kako je najavljeno, su rjesavanje
drzavno-politickog statusa Crne Gore i dalje dinamiziranje politickih i
ekonomskih reformi. Sastanak je uslijedio na poziv Dukanovica, a Soc je
povodom tog susreta izjavio da od razgovora ocekuje pozitivne efekte.
Predsjednik DPS-a Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic, razgovarao je nedavno na
istu temu i sa predsjednikom Socijalisticke narodne partije Predragom
Bulatovicem, a iz DPS-a je prije neki dan najavljena nova runda
pregovora sa SNP-om i to na nivou
sefova poslanickih grupa Miodraga Vukovica i Vuksana Simonovica.

TRI SJEDNICE U SEPTEMBRU
Podgorica, 28. avgust - Crnogorski parlament sastace se tri puta tokom
iduceg mjeseca. Sva tri zasijedanja su vanredna a inicirana su od
predsjednika Vlade Crne Gore Filipa Vujanovica, Liberalnog saveza i
Socijalisticke narodne partije.
Na vanrednom zasijedanju, zakazanom za 4. septembar, na predlog
Liberalnog saveza, planirano je da se izabere visestranacka komisija za
pripremu predloga novog zakona o referendumu. Na dnevnom redu sjednice
crnogorskog Parlamenta, zakazane za 11. septembar na predlog premijera
Vujanovica, nacice se izmjene i dopune Zakona o socijalnoj i djecijoj
zastiti, Predlog prostornog plana podrucja posebne namjene za Nacionalni
park "Skadarsko jezero" i Predlog odluke o pristupanju izradi Prostornog
plana Republike Crne Gore. Poslanici ce od srijede, 19. decembra, na
zahtjev koalicije "Zajedno za Jugoslaviju", raspravljati o interpelaciji
za pretresanje rada Vlade u oblasti finansija i prosirivanju nadleznosti
Komisije za ispitivanje tacnosti navoda iz zagrebackog "Nacionala".

OTVARA PREDSTAVNISTVO U CIRIHU
Podgorica, 28. avgust - Crnogorska aviokompanija "Montenegroerlajnz"
danas ce u Cirihu zvanicno otvoriti svoje predstavnistvo. To je ujedno i
prvo predstavnistvo neke drzavne kompanije koje Crna Gora otvara na
teritoriji Svajcarske.
Svajcarsko trziste pokazalo se za nacionalnu kompaniju kao izuzetno
kvalitetno, jer je samo u julu i avgustu ove godine iz te drzave
prevezeno u Crnu Goru blizu devet hiljada putnika.

ODLOZENO UVODENJE AKCIZNIH MARKICA
Podgorica, 28. avgusta - Prodaja uvoznih cigareta i alkoholnih pica,
obiljezenih akciznim markicama, nece poceti ove sedmice, kao sto je bilo
najavljeno, zbog tehnickih problema u stampanju tih oznaka.
Zbog toga, jos nije poznato kada ce markice biti odstampane, odnosno
kada ce se oznacena roba naci na trzistu.

SIVA EKONOMIJA I REGISTAR KASE
Podgorica, 28. avgust - Siva ekonomija se ne moze ukinuti samo registar
kasama, jer problem ima dublje korijene, receno je na Skupstini
asocijacije "Montenegro biznis market". Put robe do potrosaca treba
bolje da kontrolisu i carinici i nadlezne inspekcijske sluzbe, a
mjesecni izvjestaj dostavljace se Vladi Crne Gore, izjavili su
predstavanici Direkcije javnih prihoda. U tom poslu, racuna se prije
svega na dobru vezu podrucnih jedinica Direkcije, a pomoc ce biti
pruzena i od medunarodne organizacije USAID.

"FORBS" O CRNOJ GORI
Podgorica, 28. avgust - Medunarodni poslovni casopis "Forbes global"
najavio je objavljivanje specijalnog izvjestaja o Crnoj Gori, koji ce
prikazati vodece politicke i ekonomske trendove, sa posebnom analizom
najdinamicnijih i najistaknutijih kompanija u zemlji.
U cilju prikupljanja tih informacija u Crnu Goru su proslog mjeseca
stigli novinari tog magazina, koji ce intervjuisati istaknute crnogorske
poslovne licnosti.
"Forbes global" ce objaviti i promovisati mogucnosti za investicije u
Crnoj Gori, kao "kapije" trgovine u Jugoistocnoj Evropi.

SKOLA O LJUDSKIM PRAVIMA
Podgorica, 28. avgust - U salonu hotela "Kraljicina plaza" u Miloceru,
juce je pocela rad ljetnja skola "Ljudska prava i ljudske greske u
Jugoistocnoj Evropi". Skupu prisustvuju predstavnici svih bivsih
jugoslovenskih republika i nekih evropskih zemalja. Skola ce trajati 14
dana, a bavice se pitanjima primjene univerzalnih i regionalnih
standarda o ljudskim pravima na podrucju bivse Jugoslavije, zatim
problemima zastite manjina, kaznjavanja ratnih zlocina i teskocama
izbjeglica. Ljetnja skola ce, takode, razmatrati i unutrasnju
demokratizaciju bivsih jugoslovenskih republika, kao i druga pitanja
koja se ticu preduslova za pomirenje i reintegraciju regiona.

SEMINAR O KONFLIKTIMA
Podgorica, 28. avgust - "Rjesenje konflikata i obrazovanje za mir" tema
je dvodnevnog seminara, koji je juce poceo u Kotoru, a ciji su polaznici
studenti iz Japana i sa kotorskog Fakulteta za pomorstvo.
Kroz radionice seminara, studenti ce pokusati da pronadu nacine za
rjesavanje konflikata i obrazovanja za mir. Iskustva studenata iz
Japana, buducim crnogorskim pomorcima ce biti izuzetno dragocjena, jer u
zemlji izlazeceg sunca, za tu oblast postoji organizovana edukacija u
skolama.

LJETNJA AKADEMIJA
Podgorica, 28. avgust - U Petrovcu na moru u nedjelju, 2. septembra,
pocinje rad "Ljetnja akademija", koju organizuje i finansira Pakt
stabilnosti za jugoistocnu Evropu i Njemacka institucija za akademsku
razmjenu (DAAD).
Cilj "Ljetnje akademije" je da na jednom mjestu okupi najbolje studente
zavrsnih godina iz raznih oblasti tehnickih nauka iz svih zemalja
jugoistocne Evrope.
Izbor ovogodisnjeg mjesta odrzavanja "Ljetnje akademije", predstavlja
veliki znak povjerenja, uvazavanja i priznanja za Crnu Goru i njen
Univerzitet. "Ljetnja akademija" zavrsava sa radom 12. septembra.

DJUKANOVIC - SOC DISCUSSED ABOUT THE STATE STATUS
Podgorica, 28th August- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, as the
leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), meets today, in the
"Villa Gorica", president of the People's Party (NS) Dragan Soc. As it
has been announced, they will discuss about the future state and
political status of Montenegro and further implementation of political
and economic reforms. The Montenegrin President initiated the meeting,
and Soc expressed his believe in the positive results of the meeting.
President of the DPS Milo Djukanovic discussed recently about the same
matter with President of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) Predrag
Bulatovic. The DPS announced negotiations with the SNP , between the
chiefs of the MP's groups Miodrag Vukovic and Vuksan Simonovic.

THREE SESSION IN SEPTEMBER
Podgorica, 28th August- Montenegrin Parliament will have three sessions
in the next month. These are early Parliament's sessions, initiated by
President of the Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic, the Liberal
Alliance (LSCG) and the Socialist People's Party (SNP).
The multi party commission to prepare a Draft of the new Law on
Referendum is expected to be elected at the early session, scheduled for
4th September, on the suggestion of the LSCG . The changes and new
amendments of the Law on social and children's care, Suggestion on plan
of the area of special purpose of National Park the "Scutary Lake" and
Suggestion on decision of space plan draft of the Republic of Montenegro
is on the agenda of the Montenegrin Parliament, session scheduled for
11th September, suggested by Premier Vujanovic.
On the suggestion of the coalition "Together for Yugoslavia", on
Wednesday, 19th December, the MP's will discuss about the interpellation
in order to consider the government's work in the area of finance and
to give more charges to the Commission to investigate the accusations of
the Croatian "National".

GREY ECONOMY AND CASH REGISTERS
Podgorica, 28th August- The grey economy can not be stamped out only by
introduction of the cash registers, since this is more serious problem,
it has been concluded at the session of the Assembly Association
"Montenegro Business Market.
Delivery of the goods to consumers should be also controlled by the
customs and authorized inspections, and monthly report will be delivered
to the Montenegrin Government, representatives of the Directorate for
Public Revenue said.
They said they counted also on the good co-operation between the area
units of the Directorate and certain aid offered by the International
Organisation USAID.

ADOPTION OF THE EXCISES STAMPS POSTPONED
Podgorica, 28th August- Because of the problems appeared in the stamping
of the label sale of the cigarettes and alcohol drinks, marked with the
excises stamps, will not start this week, as it has been announced.
Therefore, it is still unknown when the stamps will be finished and when
the goods will be displayed on the market.

A NEW MISSION IN ZURICH
Podgorica, 28th August- Montenegrin Airplane company "Montenegro
Airlines" officially opens today in Zurich its mission. This is also the
first mission of a state company opened by Montenegro in Switzerland.
For a national company Switzerland market has a great quality, since
only in July and August of this year around nine thousand of passengers
have been transported from Switzerland to Montenegro.

"FORBES" ABOUT MONTENEGRO
Podgorica, 28th August- The International business magazine "Forbes
Global" announced publishing of the special article about Montenegro,
which will present leading political and economic trends with special
analysis of the most dynamic and most successful companies in the
country.
With aim to get more information journalists of "Forbes Global", who
will also make interviews with the most permanent people in Montenegro,
arrived in the state last month.
"Forbes Global" will publish and promote possibility for investments in
Montenegro, which is "the gate " of the trade in southeastern Europe.

SCHOOL ABOUT THE HUMAN RIGHTS
Podgorica, 28th August-In the saloon of the hotel "Kraljicina plaza"
Milocer, yesterday started to work the summer school "Human rights and
human mistakes in southeastern Europe". Representatives of all ex
Yugoslav Republics and some European countries will take part at the
meeting.
School will be open for fourteen days where important matters will be
discussed, such as application of the universal and regional standards
about human rights on the territory of ex Yugoslavia, then problems how
to protect minorities, penalties for the war crimes and difficulties
with which refugees had to deal with.
The summer school will also consider internal democratisation of the ex
Yugoslav Republics, as well as other matters important for the
preservation of the peace and re integrity in the region.

SEMINAR ABOUT CONFLICTS
Podgorica, 28th August- "Solution for the conflicts and make a truce" is
the subject of two-day long seminar, started yesterday in Kotor.
Students from Japan and those from Faculty for Maritime from Kotor are
enrolled in the seminar.
In the workshops students' task will be to find a solution to resolve
conflicts and make a truce. The experience of the students from Japan,
country of sunrise, where is organized a special school for those
purposes will be of a great importance to the future Montenegrin seamen.

SUMMER ACADEMY
Podgorica, 28th August- On Sunday, 2nd September in Petrovac at sea the
work will start the "Summer Academy" , organized and financially
supported by the Pact for Stability for southeastern Europe and German
institution for academic exchange (DAAD).
The Summer Academy is planning to gather on one place the best graduates
from various areas of technical sciences from all the countries of
southeastern Europe.
It is a great honor, recognition and respect to Montenegro and its
University to be chosen as a place for organization of the "Summer
Academy". The "Summer Academy" will finish its work on 12th September.
