I also have an MP120, and am pondering the 2.0 upgrade. I'm a big proponent of OSX, and the tiny bit of software that is available for syncing with OSX is for 2.0 Newtons only. Better handwriting recognition is cool and all, but does NOS 2.0 just make it better, or does it actually make it functional? Sometimes I get the feeling that I'd have better luck if I just started writing in traditional chinese.

(whoops)

I had a question...

I am a DIEHARD 120 user w/ 1.3OS...

...yes! 1.3 OS! ;-)

My question is this: I was pondering the other day FINALLY moving to 2.0,
using something like a MP 130. Other than the backlighting, what are the
advantages of moving to 2.0 OS/MP 130?

Also, presently I have about a thousand name cards on my Newton, using Agenda
(I think?) for extra fields for info also... if I switch to the 130 w/ 2.0
OS, what will happen to all of my info? It is all on a card, by the way...

Thanks!
Craig W.
