Good answer, I added the -o sec=sys and worked like a champ.  My follow up 
question: Since these are home directories and I normally use the automounter 
is there a way to specify the parameter for the automounter?

Hi Stephen,

This might not help, but try:

# mount -F nfs -o sec=sys NAS01:/UHome /tmon

We had an issue in 2009.06 that we'd use the first sec flavor
in the server's list, which was sometimes sec=none and not useful.
