The matter Stefan is that we can talk about this matter very long long time and AFIK nobody of us has the right skill to keep the right decision; even a "common lawyer" does not have the right skill, we need a lawyer specialized in "IT rights". I saw some discussions about this kind of matters again and again and, two lawyers saying two opposed things. Personally I prefer if we all can dedicate more time to implement some new features or fixing some issues in our JIRA; it would be more productive.
