I have new battery,new computer,cleaned all carbs four times,synct with monometer,new air filter,cleaned fuel line with air and cleaner and my 84 650 nighthwk still boggs down at 3-4000 rpm's and wont go faster than 20mph. Suggestions so far; adjust govenor,new carbs,change battery or check jets and floats. Im thinkin the bottom of a cliff will fix it. Someone please tell me I dont need to do that!!
