Going rate for these bikes seem a bit geographic specific. Bought my '96 w/13k for $1600 in the southeast. Prices seem higher on both coasts and up north.
22k wouldn't bother me if I knew previous maintenance was regular and conscientious. They're pretty much bullet proof if cared for.
