It came through as both attachment and inline image for me, using e-mail. Very odd.
OP: Not intended to suggest you're less than intelligent, but perhaps if you're reefing on it hard and it's not moving you're doing what I've done so often with oddly placed bolts and turning it the /wrong way/?
