Vadik,
I am coming a bit late to the conversation, but I have to say that I had
the same issue when I got my NH. Plenty of thread on the tires, but lots of
cracks. It did passed inspection (not really a good thing), but I was told
later by a mechanic that I should change them asap. I putted the BT021.
What a difference. I was so excited when I took the first twisties with the
new tires (even back then when I was a total newbie, I felt so much more
confident!). I am sure the other tires recommended are as good as these
ones. Just look between these known models the one with the best price. The
BT021 are meant to be sport-touring bikes, which means that they have good
grip and long life (I think they put those tires in the newest kawa
concouse 14). Actually I still have the same rear tire after two years, and
probably more than 20k miles.

Good luck
Javier.
