It took me at least 3 tanks of seafoam to get my bike running good.  Now I put 
a little Lucas gas treatment in every 3rd tank.

Seafoam is good but not that good. You need to go through a whole tank, and 
perhaps a couple more, so seafoam can work its magic. I doubt that a couple of 
15mi rides will be enough to notice any difference. You need to ride that bike 
a lot more. The worse you can do to a bike is letting it sit.
