The process we used:
1. Set idle to a high idle 1800-2000 range.
2. Turn out on the mixture screws 1/8 turn at a time.
3. If speed increases keep going, 1/8 turns @ a time, and lower the idle
when necessary.
4. Blip the throttle looking for immediate revs followed by a smooth return
to idle without any dips below idle rpm.
The once richening the screws does not raise the RPMs, and you have that
throttle behaviour, just reduce the idle to normal, and test ride.
5. Drop in some washers and ride it. Look for better roll on in mid range.
6. If it feels like you have to hold 1/3 throttle or more to maintain 75
mph then stick in the next size main jet.
