Yes, that could be acomplished via the "Quick Recall" settings, however
with the camera in P (Program) the suggested exposure value can readily
be altered via the Command Dial to reflect the aperature/shutter
settings you want while retaining the suggested exposure value.  I
always used to shoot Shutter Priority, but I find the overrideable
Program mode to be very convienient and pretty much use it all the
time.   The interface is easier to use than it is to describe, in the end
it is really quite simple.  Hope this helps.  Feel free to e-mail me
