Recently, in the middle of high school tournament season, the focusing in my F5 conked out. I overnighted the body to the Nikon repair center in Torrance, Calif., on March 9 and got it back on the morning of March 16. Needless to say I was much impressed .... especially when they didn't charge me anything because of previous impact damage (fell off a golf cart) to the body. In place of the F5 I used an N-70 and quickly learned that neither myself or the camera could adequately focus fast-moving action. just by 2 cents worth...
