Internal lens cleaning

Dear Nikonaughts;

I was wondering if there were any amateur camera
repairman on the list who might share their experience
in disassembling and cleaning and reassembling Nikon
lens's. I just purchased a 105/2.5 and a 105/2.8 micro
that are very dusty inside and could really use a 
cleaning. Both lens's are AI-S.
