Nothing difficult about it. You only need to be precise. AF lenses are a little more
tricky, you have to pay attention
to the wires running around.
I opened up my 1st lens, a cheap Sigma AF zoom, that had fallen and was bent and hard
to rotate. I took the opportunity
to modify it by adding 2 half red and cyan filters to take anaglyphic (3D) pictures.
