Hello Nikonners,
I am writing this to assert my confidence in B&H mailorder. I have found
them reputable, helpful, and much less expensive than local competitor's
sale prices.
I felt really bad for the fellow who had F5 warranty problems with B&H.
I think he has overreacted a bit, human nature, but wrong, and should
have tried a more logical way of resolving his dispute. I think B&H
was, and is, an upfront company, who admitted their error, and promised
to resolve it. I trust B&H because I have a positive history with them.
I feel assured that if that situation happened to me, they would take
care of it because they are professionals. Most of my friends buy their
gear from B&H, with positive results. That says it all for me.
