I likewise have not used iPhoto, but if you lost it altogether and
feel a desire for it, you might recover using a link I noticed at the
bottom of the page at:
http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Graphics/Apple-iPhoto.shtml
I have indeed heard glowing reports of Graphic Converter for several
years. I need to look at it when I get some clear time. Now if it
were to develop LinkBack support, it would seem to be an exciting
companion to Nisus X when it gets a grphics layer! Dare we hope?
And Alan-- hold down the mouse over that useless dock App icon until
a menu pops up where you can remove the darn thing to free up
realestate-- you can always go find the app if you ever wanted it.
Likewise, you can lock an icon in the dock, so it will always be
there handy even if not running. That way, your Nisus icon will
always be in the same and most handy location!

I haven't used iPhoto for years, (although its icon is still

evangelists, many of whom remind me of the average Nisus user...

PS.
On this list, do not apologise for off topic. You should apologize
for interrupting the off topic conversations. This post is on
topic because it mentions Nisus users OK?
(ah.. sorry everyone..)

I finally decided to give Tiger (10.4.2) a try, and I find
iPhoto.app has disappeared from the standard installation. Is now
the only way to keep it to buy iPhoto 4x?
Thanks for assistance, and apologies for OT.
