*Kalongi Bharavan Aloo  *

*Ingredients
*Potato medium size........  8 nos
Corn flour ........ 40 gms
Oil ........ to fry
Turmeric ........ 20 gms
Salt ........ to taste

*Stuffing*
Chopped chilly ........ 3 nos
Garlic ........ 3 pods
Cashew nut ........ 40 gms
Sultana ........ 40 gms
Mawa ........ 60 gms
Potli ka masala ........ 10 gms
Kalongi ........ 30 gms

*Method*
• De-skin and scoop the potatoes.

• Par boil potatoes in hot water with salt and turmeric added to the water.

• Drain the water and keep the potatoes aside.

• Make a thin batter with corn flour kalongi and salt.

• Deep fry the potatoes coated with a thin layer of batter.

• Stuff the potatoes with the stuffing mentioned above.

• Cut the potatoes in half.

• Top with cheddar cheese.

• Gratinate it under salamander.

• Serve hot with mint chutney and lachha onion.
