Mushroom Quiche 1 deep dish pie shell (9"), baked1/2 pound fresh 
mushrooms, sliced1/4 cup sliced green onions with tops1 T. butter1 cup shredded 
Swiss cheese (4 oz)4 eggs3/4 cup half and half or milk1/4 cup grated Parmesan 
cheese1/2 t. salt1/8 t. pepper In skillet, over medium heat, cook mushrooms and 
onions in butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Spread 
mushroom mixture evenly in pie shell. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over mushroom 
mixture. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over mushroom mixture and 
cheese. Bake in preheated 375 oven until knife inserted near center comes out 
clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving. Source:
