KOKUM AND ANAR SLUSH 
   
  Ingredients

  : 
  Kokum
syrup 1 1/3 cup Roasted cumin powder: 2 teaspoons Black salt: 2
teaspoons Sugar: 8 tablespoons Crushed ice : 4 cups Pomegranate
kernels:  4 tablespoons 
  Method 
  1. Blend kokum syrup, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar and crushed ice 
in a blender until slushy.
2. Pour into stemmed glasses and serve decorated with a sprinkling of 
pomegranate kernels.
