My wife saw the electricians at the house this morning. They told her that they needed me to terminate the ethernet wires that I had run a while back, so they could get an electrical inspection done soon. (It would have been nice for someone to give a little bit of advanced warning.)
The idea is to eventually run gigabit since I was pushing video files around the 100 network before. I think the cable can handle it. What do I need to look for in jacks? I hear that the "cat 6" label is more marketing. Recommendations on where to buy, and have them here soon, if not local?
