We have asked for another position for a while. Since the budget for it was not approved, it isn't likely until at least the next fiscal year (July 2011)... We're really hoping it will be approved then. With normal day-to-day operations and needed ad-hoc requests, we have little time to work on new project requests (one really needed project has been delayed three to four years now).
