This is excluding the filing you should be doing with the charitable
solitiations and gaming board.
Also there are federal requirements.  I am assuming you file your own 990.

If NLUG became a non profit again, it would probably behoove this
organization to network with the
center for non profit management. There might be cross training
opportunities/open source outreach
potential there.

This is a good idea. I might need to talk to howard about embroidery for my
non profit/public charity in madison,tn.
