I hear ya Howard! 

Not that this is a shameless plug or anything, but my new gig (as in 2nd
job at the moment) is www.peerascope.com, and we are doing it all in the
cloud. However, we just simply signed on with Rackspace & are using
Linux servers. I did check into Openstack, but it seemed to be a bit of
overkill for us at the moment. Perhaps in the hopefully very near future
we'll have to explore this option quite a bit further!

I would definitely be down for an Openstack presentation, and will
likely be there in August for Tilghman's Nagios talk since we are using
Groundwork at the office. I'm needing all the help I can get at the
moment!
