Never worry too much on the template engines. Choose which seems works to you.
Personally I don't like the jade's syntax. Because I've to learn jade. So I prefer using ejs - https://github.com/visionmedia/ejs It is all the goodies we know. nothing new to learn. Anyway, choose something works for you.
