Thank all of you for the words of encouragement and the donations. Part of
the reality of software development (especially free software) is that one
only tends to get contacted when something is wrong or some desire is
unfulfilled, which often comes with an attitude of blame. It's always a
pleasant surprise when I get the rare email that just says "Thanks for
making something cool." Even better is when someone sends me an email
explaining how they were able to use my software to accomplish something
(even things I never directly envisioned when designing it [podcasting,
orchestration, etc.])

Regarding donations: I'm sure there are a lot of misconceptions about that.
The truth is that I average enough donations from all my free software
projects to buy 2 lattes per year. Not per day. Per year. (Another DAW
project whose name begins with "A" gets 16,200 lattes worth of donations
per year. Is it 16,200x better, or did it require 16,200x more effort to
create? I dunno.) Well you guys just blew that average out of the water, so
thanks again. Definitely encourages me to put together a new release.

Regarding github stars: Man, if I wanted those I'd write one-liner NPM
modules. No I don't care about stars or applause or any of that. I'm just
trying to make something maximally useful to me and others.
