[http://www.ptinews.com/news/265561_Ragging-incident-in-Delhi-ITI] New Delhi, Sep 4 (PTI) In yet another case of ragging in the national capital, a 17-year-old student of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in east Delhi was allegedly beaten up by his seniors who also made him strip and dance.
The incident was reported from the ITI in Vivek Vihar on Wednesday evening. "The student was made to strip and forced to dance naked. When he resisted, he was beaten up badly. He suffered injuries in his private parts," a senior police officer said. The victim, who joined the institute on September one, claimed that he was ragged on the first day of his joining also. On Wednesday, according to the victim, around ten senior students allegedly took him to a room and asked him to sing a song.
