Superseded — this comment was on the old lazy `resolveStackFilterer()`
design (per-call `Holders.findApplication()` lookup), which no longer exists.
The rework moves resolution to `GrailsBootstrapRegistryInitializer`, which sets
`GrailsUtil`'s filterer exactly once, before the `ApplicationContext`
refreshes. No per-request/per-access resolution happens anymore.
