RELEASE.md says to run corrections from a branch created from the release tag. - setReleasedGrailsVersion.sh delimits the githubBranch substitution with ':', which cannot appear in a branch name, and fails if gradle.properties does not end up with githubBranch set to the target branch. - grails-doc:dist declares the NOTICE year as an input, so a build with a different year does not reuse the previous NOTICE.
