Head commit for run: c316b7d52cfa61cf809c9846d69f859f69b553ac / James Daugherty <[email protected]> Register the Hibernate 7 junction sqlRestriction as an extension module The and, or and not blocks of a criteria query resolve their calls against a detached criteria. Wrapping every junction in a Groovy category scope made sqlRestriction available there, but entering and leaving a category invalidates the call sites of every thread, so each query with a junction deoptimized unrelated Groovy code. Register the methods as a Groovy extension module instead, which loads once and needs no scope. A detached criteria now accepts sqlRestriction too, including as a subquery; batch operations still reject it. Document and test both.
