Updates the BOM-managed `org.webjars.npm:bootstrap-icons` from 1.13.1 to [1.13.2](https://github.com/twbs/icons/releases/tag/v1.13.2), released 2026-10-08. Generated apps, the web profile and the test examples take the version from the BOM, so this is the only pin. 1.13.2 has the same 2,078 icons as 1.13.1, and `font/bootstrap-icons.css` changes only in its version comment. The one new file in the webjar is `font/bootstrap-icons.ts` (TypeScript icon-name literals). The forge and profile asset configuration excludes `webjars/bootstrap-icons/**` except the stylesheet and `font/fonts/*`, and `gsp-spring-boot` excludes webjars by default, so the new file is never served. Targets 7.0.x so the update reaches 7.1.x, 7.2.x, 8.0.x and 9.0.x through the forward merges; every line is on 1.13.1. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
