Fixed according to RFC 3501
before
assertThat(joined)
.contains("a4 OK NOOP completed.")
.doesNotContain("EXISTS")
.doesNotContain("EXPUNGE")
.doesNotContain("FETCH");
after
assertThat(joined).contains("a4 OK NOOP completed.");
assertThat(countOccurrences(joined, "EXISTS"))
.describedAs("EXISTS should be reported exactly once by NOOP, not
duplicated by a stale IDLE push")
.isEqualTo(1);
