Sounds like an interesting idea. The only concern on my side is the priority.
I propose to keep consistent with the existing behavior in Kyuubi project.
1. session conf > `kyuubi-defaults.conf`
2. `kyuubi.engine.{spark|trino|flink}.share.level` >
`kyuubi.engine.share.level`
That means if the administrator set the
`kyuubi.engine.spark.share.level=GROUP` in `kyuubi-defaults.conf`, and the user
who wants to override it must use `kyuubi.engine.spark.share.level=USER`
instead of `kyuubi.engine.share.level=USER`
What do you think about this idea?
