Hmm, this part can depend the machine, wonder if it should be done lazily since 
it is not always used. Also add {{-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true}} on the JVM 
can help but still the reflection init cost is quite huge. An interesting test 
can be to drop all plugins from core to split the "infra" init cost and actual 
loading cost.
