What’s the relationship between the CMake option `LOG4CXX_FORMAT_NAMESPACE=std` and the define `LOG4CXX_FORMAT_NS=std`? Do I need to set one, or both? Also [the sentence](https://logging.apache.org/log4cxx/1.7.0/macros-influencing-log4cxx.html) "You would use the value 'std' if Log4cxx was built with `LOG4CXX_FORMAT_NAMESPACE=fmt`" is adding to my confusion. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
