Cherry-picks (with `-x`) of #4365, #4269, #4270, #4271, #4272 and #4274 for
2.26.2.
Adapted for the patch line, so no public API is added:
- `org.apache.logging.log4j.util.internal` stays unexported; `Log4jLogEvent`
uses a copy of `writeWrappedObject` / `readWrappedObject` in
`org.apache.logging.log4j.core.util.internal.WrappedObjects`.
- #4270 / #4271 test changes without the #4098 test-helper additions; tests
are tagged `@Tag("serialization")` instead of adding `Tags.SERIALIZATION`.
- `UnserializableMessage` lives in test sources instead of
`log4j-api-test`'s published `src/main`.
bnd-baseline passes for `log4j-api`, `log4j-core`, `log4j-api-test` and
`log4j-core-test`.
