Why are you wasting your time, the last JavaME was released is 2014. What is it 
that you are trying to do that you think needs JavaME. Furthermore, I may not 
be correct but I think support for Java 8 has also been dropped. You would be 
better served by keeping both NetBeans and Java at their latest releases. I 
don’t suppose that’s any help but you need to understand why you want to use 
old technology.
