Review Comment:
   工具类应该专职于工具类的职责,而不应该能返回实例,这侵占了工厂类JsonSerializerFactory的职责,你觉得呢?同时也不符合良好的设计模式
   
   I feel there's a problem here. Utility classes should focus on their utility 
responsibilities and shouldn't be able to return instances. This encroaches on 
the responsibilities of the factory class, JsonSerializerFactory. What do you 
think?It also doesn't conform to good design patterns.
