This PR adds support for column selection to the single dashboard endpoint (similar to the list dashboards endpoint) so that we can exclude thumbnail_url and improve dashboard loading time in environments where computing thumbnail_url digest is especially expensive - lots of datasources and RLS rules. ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF <!--- Skip this if not applicable --> ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS 1.
