Review Comment:
My round-3 fence put this `except` at loop level — my miss. Probed: with 3
dirty entities and a raise on the 2nd, entity 3's pre-state is silently dropped
too. `_build_scalar_buffer` swallows per-entity; matching it keeps the rest of
the flush.
```suggestion
for obj in list(session.dirty):
if isinstance(obj, versioned_classes):
before = len(initial_states)
try:
_capture_dirty_entity_initial_state(session, obj,
initial_states)
except Exception: # pylint: disable=broad-except
# Per-entity, like _build_scalar_buffer: one bad entity
# must not discard the rest of the flush's pre-states.
logger.exception("version_changes: initial-state capture
failed")
incr_capture_error("capture_initial_states")
continue
captured += len(initial_states) - before
```
