@bobbai00 Thanks a lot for creating this very important and big PR, which is critical to our first Apache release. I have a few high-level comments: - Can we add a description about why we need these files? Do we have a public Apache page with instructions about these files? - How to check the correctness and completeness of those entries in those files? Manually? - Can we divide this PR into smaller PRs? - The file "LICENSE-binary" includes two dependencies of "ASF Category X."
