   ### What happened?

Clicking a port -- the small circle on an operator -- highlights it and
switches the Property panel to the port-property frame. For a port with nothing
to configure that frame is empty: a lone pencil icon and nothing else.

   Two things add up:

   - The frame's title is the port's custom name
(`port-property-edit-frame.component.ts:159`, `formTitle =
portDescriptor.displayName`); a port that was never renamed has none, and
`*ngIf="formTitle"` hides the heading, leaving only the rename pencil.
   - The frame builds its form (partition info, dependencies) only for an
**input** port of an operator that allows port customization (`:161-173`; today
the Python / Java / R UDF operators and the dummy operator). Every output port,
and every input port of every other operator, gets no form.

The panel switches to this frame whenever exactly one port is highlighted,
whatever the port (`property-editor.component.ts:296-298`), so on most
operators a click on a port yields a panel that shows nothing and says nothing
-- not even which port is selected.

Expected: a click on a port that has no settings only highlights the port
(the port stays the connection handle it is; dragging a link is unaffected) and
leaves the panel alone, rather than switching it to an empty frame. A port that
does have settings (a customizable UDF input port) keeps the panel as today,
rename included.

   ### How to reproduce?

   1. Open a workflow on the canvas with, for example, a Hugging Face operator
(or any non-UDF operator).
   2. Click (do not drag) the circle of its output port.
   3. The port turns blue and the Property panel shows only a pencil icon.
