In ntfs_fuse_getattr():
stbuf->st_blocks = ni->allocated_size >> vol->sector_size_bits;
Has an off-by-one error.
Also, st_blocks is measured in 512 bytes blocks, not in sectors.
Should be:
stbuf->st_blocks = (ni->allocated_size + 511) & ~511;
