I've updated the manual in the CVS:
Access handling, security
By default, files and directories are owned by the effective user and
group of the mounting process and everybody has full read, write, exe-
cution and directory browsing permissions. If you want to use permis-
sions handling then use the uid and/or the gid options together with
the umask, or fmask and dmask options.
Windows users have full access to the files created by ntfs-3g.
If ntfs-3g is set setuid-root then non-root users will be also able to
mount block devices or via /etc/fstab if the 'user' or 'users' mount(8)
option is specified. The ntfs-3g process drops the root priviledge
after successful mount and runs unpriviledged afterwards.

No. Everything is possible, it's just a matter of time and willingness.
Since the code is freely available hence anybody could add this feature
anytime.
At the moment the focus is on general usability. Most people use NTFS as
a FAT32 replacement to be able to better share by overcoming size limits,
having better performance, reliability and since FAT32 doesn't have ACLs
thus this feature isn't typically missed.

Szaka
