No. Debian/Ubuntu is known for outdated TeX Live packages.
It doesn’t matter as long as it works for you, but on this mailing list
we tend to assume latest versions.

distribution with a current version.
You can also install an additional ConTeXt LMTX, just be careful about
your PATH.
